Crossing the Threshold is a 6-week guided group for those who know or feel they are in this kind of they in-between place - and are ready to move through it.

About the Guide

I work with people in moments of transition - when the old way of living no longer fits, but the new one hasn’t yet fully arrived.

My role is not to tell you who to become. It's to help you listen to what is already changing within you and to hold a steady, grounded field while you cross.
