The work I do lives at the intersection of your inner world and the life you are creating. I meet you through lived experience to help you through your struggles, to receive your own nourishment, your own visibility and your own creative permission.
My life has been about excavation.
I have lived “normally,” like everyone else. I struggled and strained and I hid. And then I met a point that invited me to something more than that.
We often receive an inner navigation that screams at us. Maybe it doesn’t scream. Maybe we respond sooner than that. But it says, I can’t do this anymore. Something has to change. And then we see what we know. Or we follow a curiosity, like I did.
Looking back over the last fifteen years or so, I have excavated myself. I have deep dived. I have continually asked questions and wanted to understand. And this is just who I am. This is my innate sense. This is who I’ve come to realize I am, and surface answers stopped being enough a long time ago.
I wanted to understand why. It’s like understanding the whole picture or understanding the whole recipe. Why do you use this? What is that doing? How is it affecting it all? Even the minute details mattered to me.
And perhaps part of that thirst has always come from the way I receive and experience life. There are so many layers of information moving at once, each connected to the other, each influencing the whole. My curiosity has always drawn me into those relationships, into understanding how it all moves together, how one thing touches another, and what is revealed when we begin to see the wholeness of it.
I have craved that depth of understanding. The understanding of the soul in this life, the interconnections and interweaving with other souls, and our relationship with the unseen world.
But what I have also realized is that my own excavation benefits those I support. It’s as if you go to a person to fix your car. You’re probably going to go to the person who knows the ins and outs of your engine versus somebody who has just read a book. It’s different. It’s a different level.
And maybe you’ve heard that saying about how you learn something and then you turn around and teach someone else because a lived experience is so much more valuable than a textbook.
Many people live on the surface. They don’t deep dive. It’s too uncomfortable, and I can agree with that. It is very uncomfortable.
For some reason, I keep meeting myself there again and again.
But I find that benefits others because I’m going to naturally ask questions. To Spirit, to you, to the experience, to move it along.
A long time ago, when someone would say, It’s going to be okay. It’s going to work out. This will happen. Those kinds of answers fed me until they didn’t.
They didn’t help me understand the wholeness of what was happening inside. When someone was saying, here’s what will happen. Here’s your end result. It didn’t help my nervous system. It didn’t help my beliefs that had been anchoring a story for so long. It didn’t help the anxiety in me. It didn’t help any of that.
It just kind of pushed all of that aside.
And what I have learned is that we are whole beings, and there is this diversity and depth to our creations. If we aren’t looking at it all, we carry it with us.
So many times we get to points where our inner world is screaming at us so much that it forces us to stop making the same choices that have been diminishing us or hiding us. Choices to keep the peace at some point don’t feel good because we have finally heard our inside world saying, This doesn’t feel good. What about me?
And that inside navigation forces the part of you that says - but I may lose it, he may walk away, I may not get what I want - to listen and respond differently.
But the thing is, the approach you’ve been using is limited. And I have learned that time and time again.
So no matter how you sit with me, how you arrive, in some way we are looking at, feeling, and changing your inner landscape.
You don’t change how a computer works by just adding another layer. You change it by reorganizing the root system, the foundation of it.
It’s not easy. But it is worth it.
And sometimes we approach this bit by bit, with one question, one scenario. Help me understand this. And sometimes we give ourselves the gift of being held as we walk over a period of time and let the pieces move together. We have someone help us move the pieces together.
Your life. Your choice.
What are you doing with yourself?
How are you feeling?
