The World Is Turning

On pachakuti, the rising of what was buried, and what this moment is asking of you.Something is moving in the world right now. Not just on the surface — though the surface is noisy enough — but underneath it, in the place where I do most of my work. The field itself is shifting. And if you have been feeling a particular kind of weight lately, or a particular kind of restlessness, or the strange sense that your ordinary life no longer quite fits the moment you’re living in — I want you to know: what you are feeling is real.

What I am tracking, in session after session and in my own practice, is this: people who have long been in relationship with the unseen are finding that relationship intensifying. People who have never thought much about any of this are suddenly asking questions they don’t have language for yet. And people who built their lives around systems that are no longer working — systems of certainty, of accumulation, of looking away — are finding that those systems are cracking open whether they chose that or not.

This is a turning.

“When the land has had enough, she moves it through the people who still know how to listen to her.”

In Ireland, right now, as I write this, farmers and workers are taking to the roads. They are blocking the arteries of the modern machine with their tractors and their bodies and sleeping on the land while they do it. The news is calling it an economic protest. And yes, it is that. But those of us who work with energy — with the living field beneath...Read More

You Already Speak The Language

You see the number again. The same one that's been showing up for weeks. And so you do what most of us have learned to do - you go looking for what it means. You find an explanation that sounds reasonable, maybe even resonates a little, and you carry it with you.

Or you stand somewhere that's been described as sacred, waiting to feel what you've been told you'll feel. And what arrives is something quieter. Or simply different. Or something you do not have words for. And you're not quite sure what to do with that.

Or a dream stays with you through the day and you search for its symbols, trying to understand it like it was written in someone else's language.

There, of course, is no wrong or right with any of this. It's what we were taught. That meaning lives outside us. That someone else holds the interpretion. That there's a system, and if you learn the system, you'll understand.

But what if the system is the very thing that keeps you from hearing what is already there?

What I've seen, again and again, is that the knowing is already present. It is there before the google search. It is there in the moment you stand in a place and feel something entirely your own. It is there in the dream, before you try to translate it.

The work isn't learning someone else's interpretation. It's learning to trust...Read More

Imagine sitting in a quiet sacred circle.

The air is calm. The land around you is still. In your hands you hold a warm cup of cacao, the earthy sweetness rising softly with the steam.

Across from you sits Mama Jaguar.

Her presence is steady and watchful, the way a great cat rests in complete knowing of her place in the forest.

For a while nothing is said. You simply sit there, feeling the warmth of the cacao in your hands.

Then she speaks.

"Do not be thirsty."

The words land gently in the space between you.

It is an unusual thing to hear.

Most of us spend much of our lives reaching for something. Love. Security. Recognition. Health. Money. Even the opening of our spiritual gifts.

Jaguar watches quietly and then adds,

"You are the gift. Everything else is the expression."

The words move through you slowly.

So often we believe the gifts are the abilities. Intuition. Clairvoyance. Healing. The ways we sense what others may not see.

Yet what if those are not the gift at...Read More

Building From Wounds

This came through me in a voice memo, a stream of awareness I needed to follow. I share it because I suspect it isn't only mine.

The wound that wore a work ethic

I've been looking at my business — the striving, the building, the constant reaching — and I'm starting to see what it was really made of.

It wasn't ambition. Or at least, it wasn't only ambition. Underneath the drive was a wound that didn't know how to rest. A sense of not-enough so old and so internalized that I'd built an entire structure of effort around it — not to succeed, but to fill something.

Here's the thing though: there was always enough. I raised two kids. The bills got paid. The love was there. But when you're operating from inside a wound that believes love has to be earned through a certain path — a certain level of output, a certain kind of success — you can't see the fullness that's already present. You're not looking at reality. You're looking at the story.

And I agreed to that story. Somewhere along the way, I signed on to a narrative about struggle and work and not-quite-enough — and then I lived my life through that lens, including my business, including my sense of what I had to offer, including what I believed people would want from me.

“The reaching was never evidence of lack.It was the wound trying to love itself back to wholeness.”
<p style="font-size:...Read More

Trust Yourself. But How?

“Trust yourself.”

It’s one of the most common pieces of advice given in spiritual spaces, therapy rooms, business coaching, and late night conversations with friends.

And yet for many people, it feels vague. Almost frustrating.

Trust what exactly?
My thoughts?
My emotions?
My impulses?
The voice in my head that changes daily?

If self trust feels elusive, it is not because you are broken. It is usually because no one ever showed you how to build it.

Self trust is not a personality trait.
It is a relationship.
And like any relationship, it grows through lived experience.

Here are the pieces that actually help.

1. Daily grounding practice

Trust does not grow in a scattered nervous system.

If your body feels unsafe, rushed, overstimulated, or disconnected, your inner signals will feel chaotic. You will question everything.

Grounding is not about becoming calm all the time. It is about becoming present in your body.

Simple...Read More

Life Has Been Trying To Tell You Something

I want to share something with you - something that was quietly placed in my heart and has stayed there ever since.

I was sitting in a grandfather ceremony, a Wachuma ceremony, and in that sacred space the grandfather offered me something simple. He said that the only true enemy is yourself. And the way he said it - there was no harshness in it. It was like being handed something precious. Like he was saying look here, this is where your freedom lives.

I’ve turned that over so many times since then. And what I’ve come to feel - not just understand, but feel - is that life is always, always trying to show us something. Not to punish us. Not because we’ve done something wrong. But because life is on our side in ways we sometimes can’t see when we’re in the middle of it.

Have you ever felt like the same thing keeps finding you? The same ache, a different face. The same feeling, a different situation. I have. And for a long time I didn’t understand that those patterns were actually life being incredibly patient and loving with me - offering me the same gentle question over and over. Are you ready to see this yet? Are you ready to come home to yourself?

Because that’s really what’s underneath all of it. A coming home.

So much of what we carry wasn’t even ours to begin with. Beliefs absorbed so young we mistook them for truth. That love has to be earned. That our worth lives somewhere outside of us - in what we achieve, what we own, who chooses us. And so we...Read More

There is a particular kind of loneliness that comes with thresholds.

When something ends.
When something begins.
When you cannot return to what was - and you cannot yet see what is ahead.

I have sat in many of those spaces in my life.
The end of a marriage.
The unraveling of identities.
Moments when what I believed about myself no longer fit.

For a long time, I thought navigating those passages meant figuring them out.

Understanding the psychology.
Tracing the wound.
Finding clarity.
Making sense of it.

I believed if I could just see it clearly enough, I could move through it.

But something shifted.

Not because I found a better method.
Not because I learned a more powerful technique.

What changed was this:

I stopped carrying it as if it were mine alone.

The first time I truly placed something heavy into the hands of the earth, I felt the difference.
<p style="font-size:...Read More

Have you ever noticed how we try to change what we see?

We adjust habits.
We reorganize our schedules.
We speak differently.
We try to “stay positive.”

And for a while, it feels like things are shifting… until we find ourselves in a familiar pattern again.

It can feel frustrating, like life isn’t listening.

But what if the outcome we’re looking at was never the place change begins?

What if the outcome is simply the after-product of something deeper?

The Outcome Is the Echo, Not the Voice

An outcome is not a starting point.
It’s evidence.

It shows us what has already been forming beneath awareness.

Trying to manipulate an outcome without understanding its source is like arguing with an echo. You can shout at it, try to silence it, or wish it would sound different - but the sound has already left the original voice.

To change the echo, you go back to where the sound began.

Life works the same way.
<p style="text-align: start; font-size:...Read More

There is a teaching that sounds simple, almost passive:

Everything is as it is.

Most of us understand this mentally. We nod. We get the concept.
But when life feels slow, unclear, or unmoving, that teaching becomes much harder to live.

Because “everything is as it is” does not feel peaceful when:

there are no clear answers

nothing seems to be shifting

you don’t know what to do next

the evidence you hoped for hasn’t arrived

In those moments, the mind says:
“Something is wrong.”

But what if nothing is wrong?
What if what feels like stagnation is actually a different kind of movement?

The Universe Doesn’t Work on Reward and Punishment

We’re often taught, directly or indirectly, that the universe rewards good behavior and withholds from us when we are doing something wrong.

<span...Read More

Why Go Inward? What's the Point?

Most people aren’t avoiding going inward on purpose.
They’re trying to live their lives.

There are responsibilities, relationships, decisions, emotions, constant information coming in from the world. When something feels uncomfortable, the natural instinct is to fix it, solve it, distract from it, or make it go away.

Not sit with it.
Not turn toward it.
Not listen.

So “going inward” can sound like an extra task - something abstract, time-consuming, or reserved for spiritual people. And when life already feels full, who has space for that?

So it’s a fair question.

Why go inward? What’s the point?

What Happens When We Don’t

When we don’t pause to notice what’s happening inside us, we live from momentum.

We make decisions from:

old fears

old habits
<li style="font-size:...Read More
