Where You Chose Was Enough

· spiritual awakening,transformation,shaman,psychic,healing journey

There are times when we make choices not from full clarity or deep awareness, but from the view we had in that moment - from what felt available, safe, or necessary at the time.

When perception narrows or when emotions cloud the lens, decisions can be made more from survival than from essence. And that’s okay.

Every reaction or pattern once served a purpose. It helped protect, navigate, or simply get through something. Some of those patterns may still be lingering - not because we’re broken, but because part of us believed they were needed. And maybe they were.

But now?
It might be time to soften the grip. To say thank you, and to begin the release.

Sometimes release comes easily, as a choice. Other times it asks for gentle understanding - a deeper look at what was underneath. You'll know which path is yours when you're ready.

There’s no need to shame a younger version of self for doing what they could with what they knew. Every choice, even the hard ones, brought you here - to more awareness, more wisdom, more possibility.

Still holding onto a heavy emotion?
Still cycling through old responses or beliefs?
That doesn’t mean anything is wrong - it simply might be time for more space, more truth, more you.

The inward path clears the fog. It breaks the cycles and brings us back to the clarity of our own voice. From there, choices are no longer made in defense - but in alignment.

If you're unsure whether you're still living from those older spaces, just look gently at what’s showing up around you… or what isn’t. Your life always mirrors something.

Breathe. Soften. Forgive. Understand.
Make space for a new way of being.
One woven with love, clarity, and the freedom to choose from who you are now.

With Love,

Susan
